The Shearer Cutting Pick Complete Production Line includes a production line composed of pick welding production equipment and special CNC equipment for plasma cladding strengthening of picks. The pick welding equipment adopts advanced induction heating technology, which can quickly and accurately locally heat the pick, causing the pick to rotate during its forward movement to achieve the purpose of uniform heating and welding. The special CNC equipment for plasma cladding strengthening clads the head of the pick with a certain thickness of PTA alloy wear-resistant layer. The hardness can reach more than 60-65HRC, which effectively improves the wear resistance of the pick head and protects the alloy cutter head. It falls off early and extends the service life of the pick.
The complete set of equipment also adopts an automated control system, with automatic grabbing by robots, which can automate the entire production process from blanks to packaging of finished products, reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.
